Mamma Ventura would be happy to assist you in creating "your" menu for your special occasion.

BANQUET INFORMATION

Deposits:
A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure the date of your function. The deposit will be deduction from your final bill the date of the function.

Guarantees:
It is required that we are provided with a guaranteed number of guests, 72 hours, (three working days) prior to your function. After you have given a guarantee, it may go up but it cannot go down. You will be required to pay for the guaranteed number that you have quoted to us. If a guarantee is not received, you will be charged for the estimated count. We do allow for a 5% increase in party size.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time frame. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the function will be subject to the appropriate charges.

Menus:
Menu selection must be made at least 14 working days prior to your function. Our banquet staff will be more than happy to assist you with your selections. All prices are subject to change with advance notice.

Payment:
Payment for services is due the day of your function. Direct billing is available with prior credit approval.

Service/Room Charges:
Menu prices listed do not include a 20% service charge or a 6% state sales tax. Functions not requiring full meal service will be subject to a room rental charge.

Food and Beverage:
Mamma Ventura is responsible for the administration of regulations set forth by the Pennsylvania State Liquor Board. We reserve the right to refuse any patron service of alcoholic beverages. All food and beverages must be supplied by Mamma Ventura. Food products and alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into Mamma Ventura from outside sources. We reserve the right to confiscate items which violate these policies.
